• Experience in an Indian restaurant.
• Good knowledge of Indian curries, sauces, and spices.
• Practical experience with tandoor cooking.
• Ability to prepare naan, roti, tandoori, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Good spoken English to understand kitchen instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy services.
• Reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have valid New Zealand work rights.
