Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll knowledge and experience, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure all employee data is up to date.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as required.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Support year-end processes, including tax filings and reporting.

Mandatory Skills:

• Full & Final Process.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software preferably SAP sucessfactors & S4 HANA.
• MS office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources.
• 9 - 12 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP) is a plus.
