Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and operations across manufacturing plants and corporate offices through effective security operations, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical security operations including guarding, CCTV, access control, and visitor management.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead incident response, investigations, and emergency management activities.
- Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee security systems, vendor performance, and security budgets.
- Coordinate with Facilities, HR, EHS, Legal, and Operations teams.
