India-Payroll Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented IndiaPayroll Executive/Payroll Analyst with hands-on experience in India payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and payroll systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage payroll operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end India payroll processing and payroll lifecycle activities.

Manage payroll inputs, validations, salary processing, and post-payroll activities.

Work on SAP HR/Payroll for payroll transactions and reporting.

Handle payroll-related queries and tickets through ServiceNow (SNOW).

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, PAN-Aadhaar linkage, and other payroll regulations.

Perform payroll reconciliations and support internal/external audits.

Generate payroll reports and MIS dashboards.

Utilize Power Query and Excel for payroll reporting automation and data analysis.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll discrepancies.
