You will also complete nostro and vostro reconciliations, clear breaks, and maintain audit-ready evidence through maker-checker controls. You will drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and standard operating procedure updates.

    • Enforce operational risk controls and segregation of duties, including sanctions screening and name-list checks.
    • Drive improvements by performing root-cause analysis, updating standard operating procedures, and sharing fixes that reduce repeat errors.
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign exchange operations covering trade and non-trade flows within a bank or global financial institution.

    • Experience performing nostro and vostro reconciliations, clearing breaks, and completing end-of-day controls.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across treasury, trade operations, compliance, and client service teams.
