Job Title: Indexing Executive
Department: Operations / Content Management / Data Processing
Location: As per business requirement
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze documents, records, or digital content for indexing.
- Assign appropriate keywords, categories, metadata, and tags based on predefined guidelines.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency while indexing information.
- Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness of indexed records.
- Update and maintain databases, document management systems, and indexing tools.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with quality, operations, and process teams for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, indexing, document management, or content processing.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in data entry, indexing, document management, or content processing.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
