Independent Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads in the secondary market.
• Conduct field visits and cold calls to construction sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with paint contractors, painters, and paint technicians.
• Identify new painters and contractors and onboard them to MRF Vapocure Paints.
• Conduct customer meetings, painter meets, and shop meets in coordination with the sales team.
• Carry out product sampling at customer sites.
• Support product trials, demonstrations, and training activities.
• Follow up on leads provided by the reporting supervisor and sales team.
• Promote products across wood finishing, metal finishing, and wall finishes.

Required Skills

• Understanding of paints, coatings, and paint product portfolios.
• Knowledge of competing paint brands and products.
• Good communication skills in the local language.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
• Practical skills in paint spraying and the use of brushes and rollers for wall finishes.
• Field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
