We are seeking an experienced and Staff Scientist with expertise in deep learning and Generative AI to lead our work in creating AI-powered applications.

We are seeking an experienced and Staff Scientist with expertise in deep learning and Generative AI to lead our work in creating AI-powered applications.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and integration of Generative AI-powered application-level capabilities, including applications within customer support and experience.
- Oversee all Generative AI projects within Data Ventures, ensuring their alignment with the company's objectives and the team's strategic direction.
- Mentor and guide junior scientists, fostering their growth and development in the field of Generative AI and data science.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation through Generative AI solutions.
- Serve as an inspirational figure within the team, motivating and leading by example.
- Ph.D. or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field with extensive experience in Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies, with a proven track record of building and deploying advanced applications.
- Prior experience in technical leadership or senior roles, showcasing the ability to oversee and drive Generative AI initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to prototype and implement complex AI solutions.
- A growth mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
