Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IND Platform & Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered platforms and intelligent agentic systems that drive business value and innovation within Hartford Global Services Private Limited.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust AI platforms leveraging diverse technologies and frameworks.
Architect and build intelligent agents and multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
Integrate AI models and algorithms into existing and new software solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Conduct research and development into new AI methodologies, agent architectures, and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize AI models and platform components for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI platform and agentic system deployments.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and data privacy.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
Proven experience in designing and building scalable AI platforms and distributed systems.
Expertise in developing and deploying intelligent agents or multi-agent systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
