Basic Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of bachelor’s degree in Medical or Life Science
- 1 + Years of experience in US Healthcare BPO/ experience
- Experience in chat-based services is preferred
- Specialized exposure to Laboratory services and Imaging (X Ray, MRI, CT scan) is an advantage
- Comfortable with rotational shift and rotational off
- Work Setup: Onsite – Guindy, Chennai
