Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in start-up incubation, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or related areas.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the start-up ecosystem and business development processes.
• Experience with managing early-stage start-ups, including guiding them through growth challenges.
• Ability to establish and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders, including investors, industry leaders, and academia.
• Excellent mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fundraising mechanisms and investor engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred:

• Proven track record of launching and growing start-ups or incubation centers.
• Familiarity with innovation and entrepreneurial resources at a national and international level.
• Prior experience in an academic or institutional setting, particularly in managing incubators or innovation labs.
