Job Summary:
We are looking for an IPC L1 professional with experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management. The candidate will be responsible for tracking incidents from reporting to closure, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, supporting major incidents, and handling Problem and Change Management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on P1P4 incidents until closure.
• Monitor backlog, pending and dependency-related incidents.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Onsite, shared support teams, customers and vendors.
• Support Major Incident Management activities.
• Perform incident follow-ups, escalation and status tracking.
• Support Change Management activities including change assessment, risk assessment and CAB.
• Perform Problem Management activities such as trend analysis, RCA and CAPA tracking.
• Maintain proper documentation and communication throughout the process.
• Ensure timely closure of incidents within defined SLAs.

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Incident / Problem / Change Management or IT Service Management.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of P1, P2, P3 and P4 incident management.
• Understanding of Change Assessment, Risk Assessment and CAB.
• Experience with RCA, trend analysis and CAPA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work in a 247 rotational roster.

Important Candidate Requirements:

• F2F interview is mandatory.
• Candidates should preferably be located within 1020 km of Belapur.
• Must be comfortable with 100% onsite work.
• No remote / work-from-home option.
• Immediate joiners to candidates with maximum 10 days' notice preferred.
