Incharge - Operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rolling mill production across shifts, from billet charging and reheating furnace to finishing, cooling bed and bundling, to meet daily production and quality targets
• Ensure optimum mill yield, productivity and rolling schedule, with minimal downtime, roll changes and cobbles
• Maintain product quality as per BIS/IS standards, control rejections and coordinate with maintenance, quality and stores teams
• Manage shift manpower, enforce safety practices and drive fuel and energy savings

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
• Relevant experience in the respective role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at the Asansol location.
