Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Executive who can handle incoming customer enquiries, understand their requirements, recommend suitable wallpaper designs and materials, prepare quotations, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

This role focuses on inbound sales and warm leads received through our website, WhatsApp, social media, email, and online marketplaces. No cold calling is required.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with online sales, and skilled at following up with potential customers to close sales without being pushy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Enquiry Management

• Respond promptly to enquiries received via WhatsApp, phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Understand customers' wall measurements, design preferences, budgets, and requirements.
• Recommend suitable wallpaper designs, materials, and finishes.
• Explain product features, installation, maintenance, and delivery timelines.

2. Sales & Order Conversion

• Prepare accurate quotations based on measurements and customization requirements.
• Guide customers through sample purchases and convert them into full orders.
• Handle customer objections regarding price, quality, and delivery.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Collect complete customer and order details for processing.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and repeat buyers.
• Request customer reviews, photos, and feedback after delivery.
• Encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the design team for custom designs and previews.
• Share confirmed order details with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates, and sales reports in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Track enquiry status, conversions, and reasons for lost sales.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, customer handling, or retail sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are welcome.
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales conversion skills.
• Comfortable handling sales enquiries through WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email, and online tools.
• Organized, patient, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups.

Preferred: Experience in home dcor, wallpapers, furniture, furnishings, tiles, paints, interior products, or customized products. Experience dealing with interior designers or architects is an advantage.
