- Job Role: Inbound sales associate.

- Joining: within 1 week -15 days.

- Experience: 1-2 Years.

- Skills: Good communication skills, any prior experience working with start-ups or as an entrepreneur will be an added advantage.

- Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing the flow of incoming leads.

- Answering non-technical and technical lead requests.

- Carrying out product demos.

- Composing and sending proposals.

- Filtering and analyzing customer needs.

- Summarizing the filtered and analyzed customer needs to the technical team.

- Keeping our leads and customers up-to-date on new features, and new improvements through email campaigns, for instance.

REQUIREMENT:

- 2 years of experience in the prospecting role.

- SAAS/B2B background gets an advantage.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be energetic, focused, competitive and driven to your personal success.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.

- Ability to gain access to decision-makers and end users via phone.

- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.

- Ability to build strong relationships.

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
