About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Inbound Ops to join our team. The role involves connecting with parents over the phone, verifying sales visits and demo interactions, collecting accurate information, and maintaining daily records in Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to parents and verify whether the assigned sales representative has visited them for a demo.

● Speak with parents professionally and collect accurate feedback and visit details.

● Verify information such as demo visit status, sales representative interaction, and next steps.

● Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets/trackers with accurate information.

● Follow up with parents wherever required and ensure pending cases are closed.

● Coordinate with the sales team regarding visit status, parent feedback, and discrepancies.

● Identify and report incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched information to the concerned team.

● Maintain proper daily calling and follow-up records.

● Ensure timely completion of assigned calling and operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, operations, or a similar role. Freshers are welcome.

● Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

● Comfortable speaking with parents over the phone.

● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.

● Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

● Comfortable working with daily targets and follow-ups.
