Inbound Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming materials, spare parts, and goods.
• Check quantity, quality, and documents against purchase orders/invoices.
• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update inward entries in the system.
• Inspect materials for damages or discrepancies and report immediately.
• Properly label, store, and arrange materials in designated locations.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and inward records.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with warehouse SOPs.
• Support stock verification and periodic physical inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper warehouse discipline.
