Inbound Call Support

Summary:

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru (5 Days Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 Months with possible extension

Shift: 8am 8pm IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 40–60 inbound customer calls per day in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries accurately within defined timelines
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Follow SOPs for call handling and issue resolution
• Document customer interactions and update system records
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and process guidelines
• Candidate will be dealing with West Africa people so they must have patience to communicate with them.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduation completed (mandatory; subject to client validation)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and system navigation skills
• Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite, including weekends and public holidays
• Adaptable to rotational shifts

Additional Information:

• 5-day work week with weekday offs
