Inbound Call Support (International )

Role: Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator(US Healthcare Voice Process)

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Remote for outstation candidates)

Employment Type: 6-8 Month Contract extendable on the base of your performance

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST/6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST /8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST

Work Mode: 5 days' work from Home (For out of bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, pharmacies, and payers.
• Coordinate medication shipments, refill reminders, and patient support activities.
• Verify and document patient information accurately in pharmacy systems.
• Address customer inquiries related to prescriptions, benefits, and treatment support.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of US Healthcare Voice Process experience.
• Experience in Patient Access, Pharmacy Support, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, PAP, or Reimbursement programs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Strong listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound call environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and pharmacy management systems preferred.
