Aksara Jewellers is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Female In-Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, generating sales, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and support repeat business.
• Maintain proper product and customer-related records.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to showroom sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Jewellery retail/sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from retail, banking sales, gold loan, credit card, or similar sales backgrounds may also apply.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
