Job Responsibilities

• Promote Pureit & AO Smith products inside the assigned retail store.
• Explain product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with store staff and the sales team.
• Maintain daily sales/activity reports.

Eligibility

• Any qualification.
• 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in Home Appliances, Large Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Water Purifiers, Geysers, Consumer Durables, or Retail Sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 25,000 per month.
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
• Benefits: ESI + PF + Health Insurance.

Shift Details

• General Shift
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
