Responsibilities - Configure the SAP SD module to meet business requirements, including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales order processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for sales and distribution processes.
- Develop and design solutions based on business needs and best practices within the SAP environment.
- Integration: Work with other SAP modules (such as MM, PP, and FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions are functioning as expected.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Train end-users and other team members on new processes and functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Several years of experience working with the SAP SD module, including implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD configuration, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and shipping processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP SD certification is a plus.
