• Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation, rollout, and support projects.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP TM solutions.

• Design and configure SAP TM processes, including:

• Freight Order Management

• Freight Settlement

• Transportation Planning and Optimization

• Carrier Selection and Tendering

• Charge Management

• Transportation Execution

• Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, and third-party logistics systems.

• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

• Mentor and guide consultants, ensuring delivery excellence and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with client leadership to define digital supply chain transformation strategies.

• Support business development by contributing to proposals, solution presentations, and client demonstrations.

• Ensure adherence to PwC's quality standards, governance processes, and project methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5 years specializing in SAP Transportation Management.

• Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience leading consulting teams and managing project deliveries.

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations.

• Knowledge of SAP Event Management and SAP EWM integration.

• Familiarity with Fiori applications and SAP Activate methodology.

• Experience working in Agile project environments.

• SAP TM Certification is highly preferred.

• Exposure to global logistics and supply chain operations.

• 3-16 years of SAP ABAP experience.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects is preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• SAP certification is an added advantage.
