Responsibilities

• Position: SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant / Developer
• Core Focus: Managing the mediation layer (powered by Digital Route / Mediation Zone) to turn raw external usage data into trusted billable events.
• Workflow Design: Build and support mediation workflows for data collection, validation, enrichment, transformation, and routing.
• Agent Configuration: Configure and maintain collection, processing, and forwarding agents within the CM tool.
• System Integration: Connect SAP CM with source systems, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), SOM, FI-CA, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor data flows, fix revenue leakages, optimize processing performance, and perform basic debugging.

Experience

• Years of experience required: 3 - 5 years
