Job Description & Summary: Senior Associate – Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience is required to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Experience Cloud. The role involves developing Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and other Salesforce technologies, building customer-facing portals, managing integrations, and collaborating in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Lightning Framework, Flows, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain Experience Cloud portals and communities for customer engagement.
• Configure and enhance FSC features like customer onboarding, relationship management, and case management.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft or other integration tools.
• Develop and maintain secure Online Forms and digital customer journeys integrated with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize system performance, maintain security, and adhere to Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Support production issues with root cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design and deployment guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
  
  

Mandatory skill sets:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Framework, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience in developing and managing Experience Cloud portals and communities.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations via APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft, and third-party systems.
• Experience designing and implementing Online Forms and associated business workflows.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and deployments.
  
  

Preferred skill sets:

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Years of experience required: 4 to 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
