Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SalesforceAgentforce 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

•   Design and develop Agentforce agents within Salesforce.  
  

•   Configure and manage Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent Actions.  
  

•   Build conversational flows leveraging LLMs, natural language processing, and AI prompts.  
  

•   IntegrateAgentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external APIs.  
  

•   Develop and maintain Apex classes, LWC components, and Flow automations.  
  

•   Create and optimize data models and knowledge bases for AI responses.  
  

•   Ensure security, governance, and compliance of AI-driven interactions.  
  

•   Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI solutions.  
  

•   Monitor agent performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
