Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SalesforceAgentforce

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentforce agents within Salesforce.
  

• Configure and manage Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent Actions.
  

• Build conversational flows leveraging LLMs, natural language processing, and AI prompts.
  

• IntegrateAgentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external APIs.
  

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, LWC components, and Flow automations.
  

• Create and optimize data models and knowledge bases for AI responses.
  

• Ensure security, governance, and compliance of AI-driven interactions.
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI solutions.
  

• Monitor agent performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
