In-House Legal Counsel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Address client grievances, especially related to refunds and dissatisfaction, with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide legal guidance and solutions to resolve client issues amicably and efficiently.
• Draft, review, and send legal notices, replies, and other correspondence related to client disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and legal documents.
• Attend to client complaints and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
• Resolve conflicts to ensure client satisfaction while safeguarding company interests.
• Attend police complaints, inquiries, and legal proceedings as required.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and ensure timely compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B or equivalent legal qualification.
• Prior experience in client handling, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is preferred
