    Be the trusted face of Learning OD for the Business.

  1. nbspBeing Collaborative is a key requirement. Should have high social quotient and be able to be a STAR collaborator.

  2. nbspAble to articulate the learning strategy and offerings in ways that make sense to the business.

  3. nbspBe Up-To Date on changing trends to proactively build capabilities for the organization.
