Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Business/Technology Analyst with strong verbal and written communication skills to work with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution/design discussions, testing, and delivery coordination.
• Prior experience or domain knowledge in Consumer Goods (CG) or Financial Services (FS) is preferred. Salesforce experience is not mandatory, but familiarity with Salesforce/CRM platforms would be an advantage.
• The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business requirements and technology teams across Japanese and English-speaking environments.
  
  

Mandatory skill sets:

• Must have experience in Japanese Language
• Should have excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills
• Knowledge of Financial Services/ Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing Sector
