IMU Strategy Senior Manager

Must have skills: Proven track record in Strategic Delivery and Sales in Retail Industry. Preferably should have experience in India followed by a successful career in consulting firms in India doing Sales Acceleration and GTM strategy type of projects for India clients.

Good to have skills: Deep Industry Expertise with proven consulting experience.

As a part of our Reinvention Services, you will be primarily responsible for actively managing Strategic Delivery, Sales Acceleration projects with Clients in the above-mentioned industries. Driving sales upliftment projects (penetration, extraction, velocity of sales etc) and market share increase projects (white space identification, potential mapping, working with primary channel partners, increasing retail universe coverage, increasing unique billed outlets etc). You will work with larger teams across units.

This role demands a strong ability to originate and structure deals, build long-term trust with C-suite executives, and position Accenture as a strategic partner for transformation and innovation. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, originate deals, and expand relationships with existing clients.

Experience: Minimum 12 yearsof relevant experience is required

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) full time from premier institutes preferred
