IMS Coordinator

Job Role : IMS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, records, and Master Document List as per international standards ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018
2. Ensure proper document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and record traceability.
3. Support preparation and coordination of internal, external, certification, and surveillance audits.
4. Maintain audit findings, NC, observation, corrective-action, and improvement trackers.
5. Proactively follow up and coordinate with process owners for pending actions and escalate overdue items to the IMS Coordinator.

Functional Competencies:

1. Certified IMS Internal Auditor
2. ISO Standards Knowledge
3. RCA & Risk Management
4. IMS Performance Monitoring
5. Knowledge on 7QC tools, RCA, 8D analysis

Basic Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Science
