Job Summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Imports Labelling Ops Lead, located in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination with overseas Vendors, Affiliates to ensure correct documentation and logistics arrangements.
• Arranging import custom clearance of raw materials, capital goods spares under various government schemes.
• Managing Bonded Warehouses and labelling of all products in line with local statutory laws and QA protocol
• To verify /scrutinize all import documents before sending to CHA for custom clearance
• Take proper precautions to avoid the temperature excursion of import shipments
• Evaluate determine best shipment mode to optimize
• Liaising with various Govt. agencies like- Customs, Drug Authority, CDSCO DGFT
• Co-ordination communication with various service providers
• Due Diligence/Agreement of the service providers
• Process improvement cost reduction initiation
• Preparation of Import Statement, MIS Report, Import data Analysis.
• Collaboration with other members of the Business, Supply Chain, Warehouse, RPT, RA,
• Legal and key stake holders is paramount to achieve these sales and service objectives.
