- Handle import documentation including Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading/AWB and related documents
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters for import shipments
- Track import shipments from dispatch to delivery and ensure timely clearance
