About this role
- Handle end-to-end export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.
- Arrange bookings for sea, air, and other modes of transportation.
- Monitor shipment schedules, container loading, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Coordinate preparation and collection of Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin, and other applicable documents.
- Follow up with overseas customers regarding shipping documents and delivery schedules.
