Job Summary
Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Company handling documentation of import both air and sea. Should be well versed in procuring rates from Shipping / Air Line, Placing Booking Online, and procuring rates from our overseas offices and complete documentation involved in Freight Forwarding shipments.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing best pricing from the Shipping Lines for the FCL/ LCL / AIR Exports shipments.
- Sourcing best pricing from the Overseas Agent for the FCL/ LCL / AIR Import shipments.
- Sourcing best pricing from the Local Transport & Other Pricing as per client requirement for the FCL/ LCL / AIR Import/ Export shipments.
- Prepare Quotation & timely quote to the Overseas Agent against Enquiry.
- Prepare Quotation & timely quote to the Existed Client Enquiry.
- Prepare Quotation & timely quote to the New Client.
