Import and Export Executive Freight Forwarding

Requirements

Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years experience in Freight Forwarding Company handling documentation of IMPORT both AIR and SEA. Should be well versed in procuring rates from Shipping / Air Line, Placing Booking Online, and procuring rates from our overseas offices and complete documentation involved in Freight Forwarding shipments.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing best pricing from the Shipping Lines for the FCL/ LCL / AIR Exports shipments.
• Sourcing best pricing from the Overseas Agent for the FCL/ LCL / AIR Import shipments.
• Sourcing best pricing from the Local Transport Other Pricing as per client requirement for the FCL/ LCL / AIR Import/ Export shipments.
• Prepare Quotation timely quote to the Overseas Agent against Enquiry.
• Prepare Quotation timely quote to the Existed Client Enquiry.
• Prepare Quotation timely quote to the New Client.
