1. Prepare store readiness checklist:-

a)Store setup.

b) Process Training.

c) Go-Live(30-60-90 days).

2. Ensure SOP adherence:-

a) GRN/GIN.

b) Inter-store transfer.

d) Emergency indenting.

e) Coordinate with IT only for process adherence.

3. MIS Ownership:-

a ) Implementation status tracker

b) SOP compliance score.

c) Go-Live issues & closure rate.
