About The Role

We are looking for a SaaS Implementation Lead with strong technical and client management skills to lead the successful onboarding, configuration, and rollout of our HR Tech SaaS platform for enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and customer success, ensuring clients realize value quickly and effectively from the product. You will work closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and cross functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, HRMS integrations, and insightful analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kick-off to go-live, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, and quality.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops to understand customer business processes, data flows, and reporting needs.
• Configure the platform to meet customer requirements, following best practices and standard implementation frameworks.
  
  

Data Integration & Management

• Design and support data integrations between the SaaS platform and client systems (HRMS, SSO etc.).
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Support data migration activities including mapping, transformation, testing, and sign-off.
  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards aligned to customer business objectives.
• Build and validate analytical reports and insights to support customer decision-making.
• Analyze data trends to proactively identify risks, optimization opportunities, and value realization for customers.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary implementation point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate technical and data concepts into clear, business-friendly communication for non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Project & Process Excellence

• Own implementation documentation including solution design, data mapping, and runbooks.
• Identify implementation risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Contribute to standardization of implementation processes, templates, and best practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, or technical customer success roles.
• Proven experience working with data-driven platforms in B2B SaaS environments.
• Preference for candidates from an HR tech background.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with APIs, file-based integrations (CSV, SFTP), and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures and implementation methodologies.
• Comfort working with technical teams to troubleshoot integration and data issues.
• AI proficiency is a must.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience implementing analytics-heavy platforms (loyalty, fintech, CRM, marketing automation, or data platforms).
• Familiar with enterprise implementations.
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
