Implementation Specialist (Consentin)

Job Summary

We enable end-to-end DPDP and privacy compliance across customer and vendor journeys using one centralized platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMB Demo and Implementation deals for Leegality Consentin, with a primary focus and special emphasis on supporting Free plan users.
• Assist Enterprise clients on implementation and deployment activities on the side as a secondary responsibility.
• Guide SMB customers through self-service setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure quick go-live and fast Time to Value.
• Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
• Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products (entry-level / junior candidates welcome).
• Prior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre-sales is preferred.
• Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must: Good to have development experience in REST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker and deployment workflows is preferred.
• Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, API gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
• Willingness to learn on-premise deployment concepts and assist senior team members on enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable.
• Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments.
