Job Summary


What You ll Do

Platform Setup & Configuration

• Understand client requirements, business processes, and operational workflows across industries
• Translate client requirements into structured platform configurations
• Configure Taqtics modules such as Checklists, Audits, Action Points, Assets, Training, and other operational workflows
• Build client-specific workflows and use cases within the platform
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for custom requirements or technical dependencies
• Test configurations before client rollout

Client Onboarding & Rollout

• Manage project timelines for Free Trials, POCs, and full-scale rollouts
• Create and maintain implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during onboarding
• Lead platform training sessions for store teams, field auditors, managers, and head office users
• Track implementation progress and proactively resolve blockers
• Ensure clients are prepared to successfully use the platform after rollout

Adoption & Handover

• Monitor early usage and engagement during Free Trials and initial implementation stages
• Identify adoption gaps and implementation challenges and work with clients to resolve them
• Document client workflows, configurations, requirements, and implementation details
• Prepare structured documentation and handover notes for the Customer Success team
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing account management

What We re Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Project Management, Solution Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into software workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in conducting client meetings, product walkthroughs, and training sessions
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms

Good to Have

• Experience working with Retail, QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or other multi-location businesses
• Experience with process digitization or workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms involving Checklists, Audits, Compliance, Training, or Operations Management
• Previous experience managing software trials, POCs, or enterprise SaaS implementations
• Experience in requirements gathering or solution configuration
