About this role
Job Purpose The Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance (SFS) solutions for corporate clients. The role focuses on onboarding clients, integrating digital banking channels with client ERP systems, driving digital adoption, and managing implementation projects to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities Drive implementation of digital mandates and transaction banking solutions while supporting critical sales opportunities and ensuring digital channel adoption targets are achieved. Monitor revenue realization from implemented mandates and provide usage and revenue MIS reports to relevant stakeholders. Support integration of digital banking solutions with client ERP systems to enable Straight Through Processing (STP), conduct client training, and resolve system-related issues. Evaluate and manage technology vendors and implementation partners based on business requirements and growth objectives. Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence activities to strengthen DBS Cash Management offerings and enhance market positioning. Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationships and provide efficient client support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Implement Cash Management, Trade Finance, and SFS solutions including Payments, Receivables, Liquidity Management, Trade Services, and Supply Chain Finance products. Ensure timely onboarding and go-live of client mandates through a structured project management approach. Support and manage strategic and special projects as assigned by management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across India and regional teams to improve implementation processes and customer experience. Deliver implementations within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs). Conduct client training sessions and provide troubleshooting support for digital banking platforms. Coordinate with product, operations, technology, finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation management, project management, electronic banking, transaction banking, or related areas. Knowledge of Cash Management products and corporate banking solutions is preferred. Experience in managing client onboarding and digital banking implementations is advantageous. Educational Qualifications Graduate or MBA. Relevant banking or transaction banking experience preferred. Core Competencies Strong understanding of project management methodologies and implementation processes. Sound knowledge of Cash Management and Transaction Banking products. Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Technical Competencies Understanding of Cash Management products, platforms, and operational processes. Knowledge of electronic banking systems and digital banking channels. Experience with ERP integrations and Host-to-Host connectivity solutions. Familiarity with banking technology providers, vendors, and industry practices. Understanding of RBI regulations and local banking compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools. Stakeholder Management Maintain strong working relationships with Product Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Regional teams. Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with external vendors, technology partners, and industry participants.
