Job Description – Implementation Expert / Solution Consultant (P2P) Location: Gurgaon (Open to travel) Experience: 5+ Years CTC: ₹20–25 LPA About the role: ● We're looking for an experienced Implementation Expert / Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end deployment of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP) automation. You'll be the bridge between the client's finance/procurement teams and our product/engineering teams — translating business processes into configured, working solutions. Key responsibilities ● Lead solutioning and implementation of P2P workflows for enterprise clients — from requirement gathering to go-live ● -Design and configure AP automation flows: invoice processing, 3-way/2-way matching, exception handling, approval workflows, vendor reconciliation ● -Map client's existing finance and procurement processes to the platform, identifying gaps and recommending best-practice workflows ● -Work closely with client stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT) to gather requirements and define solution architecture ● -Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to configure, customize, and test the solution ● -Manage integrations with ERP systems (especially SAP) for master data, invoice posting, and payment workflows ● -Drive UAT, training, and change management with client teams ● -Troubleshoot issues during and post-implementation, ensuring smooth transition to support ● -Document solution design, configurations, and process workflows for internal and client reference ● -Act as a subject matter expert on P2P and AP best practices during pre-sales/solutioning discussions when needed What you bring: ● -Strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Account Payables processes, end to end ● -Hands-on experience implementing or working with AP automation solutions — invoice capture, matching, exceptions, approvals ● -Experience as an implementation consultant, solution consultant, or business analyst on ERP/procurement/finance software projects ● -Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading conversations with CFOs, finance controllers, and procurement heads ● -Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and communicate technical constraints back to business teams ● -Strong documentation and process-mapping skills (Microsoft Visio/Lucid Charts) Must Have: ● -Prior experience implementing procurement or S2P (source-to-pay) platforms/P2P Platform specially in manufacturing enterprise companies ● -Exposure to ERPs like SAP ● -Experience working with mid-size to large enterprise clients ● -Prior consulting background (Big 4, ERP implementation partners, or SaaS implementation teams like Zycus, GEP, Coupa, etc.)
