Roles and Responsibilities

• Document common issues and prepare FAQs & articles, simple how-to guides, and user instructions.
• Log and track issues reported by clients or students and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the internal product (SaaS-based) /technical team.
• Assist internal teams in testing new features or bug fixes.
• Accurately capture, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring zero gaps or mismatches in understanding.
• Provide clients with appropriate and effective solutions tailored to their needs.
• Ensure timely implementation by proactively coordinating and following up with both the technical team and clients.
• Verify and validate product functionalities to ensure they work as expected before delivery to the client.
• Conduct basic training sessions(virtual/In-person) for clients and student groups to ensure smooth usage of the application.
• Prepare and maintain training schedules to ensure smooth execution of client sessions.
• The assigned work location for this role shall be the clients premises

Candidate Profile Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, SaaS product support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be deployed at the client location in Maharashtra/Nasik.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SaaS platforms
• Good knowledge of MS Office / documentation tools
• Experience in client handling / training / implementation roles
