Implementation Engineer

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to support the successful deployment and implementation of project management technology solutions for global construction and engineering clients. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, client engagement, coordination, and execution skills to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective system utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure project management software solutions across client projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely project delivery.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within construction and engineering environments.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance and utilization.
• Monitor user adoption, gather feedback, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Apply industry best practices and product knowledge gained through training.
• Track implementation progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, workflows, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and tracking.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
