Implementation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for our customers and represent RGBSI with confidence.
• Understand client needs and help shape solutions that fit them perfectly.
• Present our software instrumentation products and learn how customers plan to use them.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer questions or challenges quickly.
• Create clear and helpful application documents for new software use [PPAP, APQP, 8D, Kaizen, FMEA etc]
• Gather client feedback and ensure performance goals are met.
• Track and achieve your KPIs with consistency.

What Were Looking For

• Strong grasp of basic engineering concepts and the ability to learn fast.
• Any CAD software
• Excellent communication skillsyou’re comfortable explaining, presenting, and connecting with clients.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Organized and reliable in managing multiple client cases at once.
