Implementation Consultant

About The Role LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work closely with BFSI clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery sessions with customers.
• Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure product workflows and coordinate integrations as per client needs.
• Prepare functional documentation, solution outlines, and configuration details.
• Support UAT, address gaps, and ensure smooth go-live and transition.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in SaaS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.
• Experience working with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
