Implementation Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of SaaS solutions for clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions using agile methodology.
• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, status updates, and proactive issue resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and ability to apply it effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
