Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end implementation of SaaS products for clients.
• Gather and document client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with clients and technical/product teams for timely implementation.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, and validate product features before delivery.
• Track and resolve client issues within defined SLAs; escalate technical issues when required.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct basic product training sessions for clients/users.
• Prepare user guides, FAQs, process documentation, and training schedules.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Product Implementation, Client Support, or similar roles.
• Strong client handling, communication, requirement gathering, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing/UAT, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and user training.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/documentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
