Implementation Consultant Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure HIS/HMIS/EMR software based on hospital requirements.
• Gather requirements from hospital departments and map existing workflows to software functionalities.
• Coordinate with hospital stakeholders to understand operational and technical requirements.
• Use SQL queries for basic data validation, troubleshooting, and implementation-related activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenarios, defect reporting, and issue resolution.
• Support software deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Conduct end-user training for hospital staff on software modules and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal technical, product, QA, and support teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Maintain implementation documentation, requirement notes, UAT reports, and project status updates.
• Travel to client sites as required for implementation, training, and go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in Healthcare IT.
• Knowledge of HIS/HMIS, EMR, EHR, or hospital management software.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Understanding of requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and UAT.
• Exposure to software deployment, go-live support, and end-user training.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to hospital/client locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from healthcare software companies, HIS/EMR vendors, or hospital IT implementation teams.
• Professionals with hands-on hospital software implementation or application support experience.
• Candidates who can coordinate effectively with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders.
• Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
